Who we are
SasoMor Consulting Ltd ("we", "us") runs sasomor.com and is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: dor (at) sasomor.com. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; write to the same address about anything in this notice.
The short version
This website has no contact form, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising tags and no cookies. The only personal data we receive through it is what you choose to send us by email, plus the technical data any web server needs to deliver a page.
What we collect and why
| Data | Where it comes from | Why | Legal basis | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Your name, email address, organisation and whatever you write to us | An email you send us | Reply to you, handle verification requests, and provide services if you are a client | Steps before a contract, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)) | Up to 24 months after the last contact if no engagement follows. Client records: as long as tax and company law requires |
| IP address, browser type, page requested, time of request | Our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, when your browser loads a page | Deliver the site, keep it secure and block abuse | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) | Short-term, as set by Cloudflare's security and logging practices |
We don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
Cookies
We set no cookies and use no tracking technologies. Fonts, scripts and images are served from our own domain, so your browser doesn't contact third parties when you read the site. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that traffic is not automated; it is not used for tracking.
Who receives it
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, content delivery and security
- Our email provider: delivery and storage of correspondence
- Authorities, when the law requires it
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
International transfers
Cloudflare operates a global network and may process technical data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to receive it in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to dor (at) sasomor.com. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy), or to the data protection authority in your EU country.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16.
Security
The site runs only over HTTPS with strict security headers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the regulator where the law requires it.
Changes
We update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
